Mount Zenone: The Gallery and Remembrance
At the entrance to the main gallery of Mount Zenone, a commemorative plaque honors Augusto Parma, a prominent figure in the mining history of Eastern Liguria. His symbolic presence marks the threshold of a place that is not only technical or geological, but deeply human. Inside the gallery, a seismograph operated by the INGV (Italian National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology) is installed, showing how the site continues to serve a scientific purpose today by monitoring seismic activity and maintaining attention on the territory.

The entire area is crossed by the AV5T trail, which makes it easily accessible and connects it to scenic loops and highly evocative routes. Walking along these paths, visitors can closely observe the jasper outcrops while immersing themselves in a landscape that blends natural value, mining heritage, and scientific research.
